Talking Rock Country
Store

The Talking Rock Country Store was built about 1930 as a
residence for the Simmons family. Through the years in
addition to families growing here, it has been a grocery store, a
leather shop and now an antiques and collectibles shop full of
memories of the past. You will find vitriol's and radios from
the 50s, tools, art and crafts. There are records for
phonographs, sheet music and good used books. Do you remember
the board games that we played as children? They did not exercise
our two thumbs, but they did enable us to compete with our family
and friends. Come visit and enjoy the laid-back feeling of the
past.
