Mr. Cagle and his
wife, Lynda, moved to Talking Rock in 1998.
He has owned and
operated the Country Store for seven years.
Mayor Cagle, a police officer in the Atlanta Police Department,
retired
after almost 30 years of service.
Prior to being a
police officer, Mayor Cagle served
four years in the US Navy and was in Vietnam
from 1968-1969.
As Mayor, he would
like to beautify the town
and work on attracting more tourism.
